Am I just doing something wrong, or did they just now nerf the experience bonus so that you basically only get the same amount of EXP you would for playing in the normal type 1 or 2 tournaments.
If this is a genuine change, let me go on the record to say that I really don't like this idea at all. In this case Deathmatch is almost exactly like type 1 or 2 only a bit shorter. This also makes it faaaaaaar too time consuming to gain levels. Even when you're gaining 20-60 experience a battle, it still can takes hours of playing to gain a level once you've passed the 40s, I could only imagine how long it would take once you've gone passed that. And it's not like the levels really mean anything passed level 50.
Please let Death Match be the one place where it's actually possible to gain levels at a reasonable speed as opposed to taking months between level ups.
I don't know if this has been said or proposed, but a friend and I had an idea. We where saying that death match game type is a great idea, and that there should be something added. We where thinking they should make an elo based death match room that you accumulate your points from the death match arena over a period of a week time. At the end of the week, after the points have been added up, the winners are given an amount of clintz and credits. Also the room should be a limit to how many times you could partake in the room a day, so not just one player can play all day and just win. It would be like an extra elo room, but in a different variety of play style, instead of trying to get to 1400-1500 elo to make top 100. It would make those players to have something else to do instead of sitting on they're points and not playing the game at all. It would a race to see who could get the most points in a week.
I was just seeing if anyone else like this as an idea before I posted it to the staff and thanks very much for your time.
Making a separate thread so that if other people are affected they can voice their opinion:
4 matches, 4 times the same opponent. Playing the same dude (or dudette) for the whole DM.
This can't be right.
12:53 Deathmatch you narrowly escaped from Hardskore, Piratas Do Bairro 13 (6-3): 180 points
12:48 Deathmatch you were annihilated by Hardskore, Piratas Do Bairro 13 (0-11): 110 points
12:44 Deathmatch you beat Hardskore, Piratas Do Bairro 13 (5-1): 90 points
12:40 Deathmatch you lost against Hardskore, Piratas Do Bairro 13 (5-12): 20 points
i just need a strategy, i usually score in top 3 of a deathmatch but when my brother plays (not revealing his name) he scores 1st every time (and we do use the same decks as each other for a sibling competition) but he gets 500-700 points whilst my best score is 590.
i know to some of you i'm amazing but i want a strategy as i am only level 28 and could become a great player with your tips .
i will answer to messages in the afternoon tomorow.
Just played a match, the opponent went first and he had a least a 3-5 min. wait on the time bar, it was 3/4 of the screen long, we do the round, next round comes up, and my timer bar was 1/4 the size of my opponents bar, clicked on the guy I was gonna use, suddenly "times up", the time was less than 10 sec. to make my move.
This activity has been happening more and more. It always seems to be a fishy situation to start with, low lvl opponent with extremely good cards, and bam! instant time-out win for them.
If there is a logical explanation for this please someone fill me in on the details.
Why does it keep switching to random?
Im in the middle of playing then lose when my attak was higher then his just to realise that the room was random. Yes my setting is always set to 'None Random' So why does it keep switching now and then?
I was playing Deathmatch earlier, and after playing a couple of matches. I was on THE TOP BABY!
But as I tried the Quick Battle button, it told me that the Quick Battle system was inactive and I should try it again in a few minutes.
Then I fell second. Not that it's a huge deal, but how do I solve this glitch?
(I tried it again and again, left the room, joined it again, clicked on Quick Battle again. Never worked.)
Is there any way to changw which death match room you're in? Sometimes after I'm playing for a while I realize that the deathmatch wont start because theres no one else in the room. i check back sometimes hours later but im still in a room with 1 or 2 other people. so i was wondering what i should do in this situation if i wanna play DM but theres no one else in the room im in? can i change rooms? Thanks!
