Hey, I just started playing UR and heard that getting into DT should be one of the first things I try to do. Being new, I don't have a lot of Clintz, so what's a good deck for DT that I should try to aim for?
You could obviously do better cards, but the point of this is it's one of the most affordable budget decks out there and I've tested it enough to know it's effective. Plus it works for Standard or Extended.
Lots more easy 2HKO opportunities then you'd think. Force pills with the Uppers half and hopefully let one of them hit with smart, conservative pilling then fury Eliska or Hakanuk in a revenge round for an easy 2HKO.
Went 16-5 with 9 2HKOs last tourney so either it works or I got really lucky lol. There was only one, maybe two timeout matches though so I think it's the former.
Half deck Berzerk/Freaks your deck is LolaCornelia and Boris Piotr your opp. has GabrielleLuciaMiss LulabeeEugene ... Lets say you just played Boris on the first round with 5 pillz and you won, you get 4 damage and poisioned your opp. Second round you sacrifice and save your pillz, your opp. plays and hits you for 8 damage with Fury he/she only has 4 pillz left, on the third round you play Cornelia with Fury, your opp. has 8 life left, after you win with Cornelia how much life does your opp. have left ????
Hello, I am interested at playing daily tournaments with decks that are around 25* and 30*. (for now I am not interested at playing with lower stars decks)
Most people at my guild say that 25* and 30* are the ideal for tournaments.
But as we cand see from the chart at tourney section help, 31* decks can fight up to 40* decks. But 30* can fight up to 35. So 31* isn't better for scoring more points cause we can fight players with up to 40* decks? (to find more opponents that we could benefit with the extra points winned for diifference between decks)
So with that in mind we should make 26* decks instead of 25* cause 26 can fight up to 31 (25 is up to 30)
Thanks for your time!
I was playing Tourney Standard but in the last match i was about to level up with only 8 battle points to gain but when i won the match i only recieved 8 BP to count in my tourney instead of 25+ something.
Hi, I just did a little test in a few DT's.
I tried the method where you loose on purpose(try to get 2hitk0'ed) to gain anything from 9-13 battle-points per fight.
Tried a terrible low star deck, all 1-2 power, no ability's, the worst of every clan. People can tell your planning to loose and play pretty quick but due to them too having low stars, you generally don't get KOed which slows progress.
I averaged 4.5 points a minute which can give 270 points total, which is only really enough to get you into the top 150 on a quiet tournament.
I then decided to try a 40* deck, again using the worst 5 stars possible and not allowing any clan bonuses. I figured i should almost always get 2hitkoed. BUT people now don't seem to think I'm allowing them to win, and ill often end up winning a round due to them bluffing to save pills. But, overall the damage against me kills me quicker resulting in an average of 8-9 battle-points per minute. This totals a not too shabby 540 battle-points total. Easily enough for top 150 with the potential for so much more!
So if you are new or struggle to get over 300-400 battle points, this could be a fun little method for you to try out! Its so easy! Just loose!!! (NOTE: You have to play 1 pill on your card every round to get the +2 BP bonus for each round played!)
Decks dont cost much, I mean the worst cards of each clan are indeed the WORST cards of each clan!
Only downside is you kind of ruin your win/loss ratio
