To get your ideas heard in Clint City, you need to be able to bang your fist on the table (or failing that, on your opponent's head). The Rescue and the Ulu Watu are all too well aware of this, so this week they welcome new recruits, Krash and Zack, who they hope will give more weight to their arguments. Meanwhile, the Bangers welcome Massiv, while Tremorh joins forces with the Junkz. Get these characters in the shop’s Action, Cool Attitude and New Blood packs.
We have just released a new feature which allows you to chat with another player in Urban (like MSN for example).
To be able to chat, players must :
- be more than level 5
- be online (ok… captain obvious spotted )
- be mutual friends in their friendliest or be in the same guild
- be able to communicate : if you are blacklisted or ban, you won't be able to use this feature
- agree to use the instant messenger (you could chose it in your preferences)
To start a conversation, just go on the player's profile and click on "Start a live chat with *name of the player*"
The other player receives an alert and he/she could accept or refuse.
This IM uses something we didn't create ourselves. Even if we tested it a lot, maybe there will be small glitches. If it's the case, just harass Mermy with it, she will love it.
To strengthen her clan, Ielena didn’t think twice about turning Oshitsune, one of the city’s most legendary heroes, into a zombie. Confronted with this new threat, the Sentinels turn to Owen, while the Skeelz welcome Praxie and Dwan to their numbers. Get these characters in the shop’s New Blood, Action and Danger packs.
The Urban Rivals team would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas. If you registered before midnight on December 22, click here to receive your free gift: Hawkins Noel.
This character is also now available in the New Blood and Danger packs.
Happy holidays to you all and see you next year!

Don't hesitate to contact the support : http://www.urban-rivals.com/staff/contactus.php
Two performers are currently occupying center stage in the clans’ comings and goings. First, there's Bogdan, the human cannon and star act of the Freaks' circus. And then there’s Tobbie from the Sentinel clan, who dresses up as a rabbit to get his message over to the kids. Alongside these artists, the Rescue add Beverly to their numbers, while the Skeelz welcome new student, Corvus. Get these characters in the shop’s New Blood, Action and Cool Attitude packs.
There was a small bug introduced by the battle servers upgrade.
For some players, the ELO score hasn't been resetted last night resulting in a unfair start today.
To make things worst, we cannot find (automatically) wich ones enjoyed the bug or not.
So we decided to reduce everyone that was (at the time of this post) over 1150 to 1150.
We are really sorry about that...
The bug has been fixed in the code so it wont happen next week.
Of all the clans who have the least respect for the inhabitants of Clint City, the GHEIST always tops the list. And once again Vryer’s cohorts have proven their complete lack of moral fiber by enticing a most bloodthirsty and fearsome creature to town: Wardom. Faced with this, the other clans are doing their very best to stand strong. The Roots have recruited Jeto, while the All Stars present Davina and the Freaks welcome Harleen to their ranks. Get these characters in the shop’s New Blood, Action, Cool Attitude and Danger packs.
Continuing their offensive, the Bangers welcome two new recruits who are going to bring their rivals out in a cold sweat. Lennox with his impressive physique and Leila, the meanest dancer on the block. But beware, from their secret HQ the GHEIST are also hatching plans and can now rely on the clan’s new reinforcements, Toro and Luba.
Find these characters in the shop’s Cool Attitude, Danger and New Blood packs.
Bryan and Tanaereva’s plan has worked, at least temporarily, by blocking Kolos. But Ielena hasn’t given up yet. Everything’s to play for in the future of Clint City in the next episode of Collateral Damage.
To get ahead, one needs to know how to make sacrifices and to accept some fairly radical changes to one's anatomy. The Piranas’ new recruit, Selma, understands this perfectly, as does Chwing, the Skeelz' new student. Meanwhile, the Rescue can now count on the help of Wesley, while La Junta present a very promising young robot who goes by the name of Ed 12. Get these characters in the shop’s New Blood, Action and Danger packs.
To make the Daily Tournaments (DT) even more interesting, we’ve decided to make a few changes both to how the battle points are calculated and to the DT rules.
Firstly, we’re putting in place a “Win with more than 12 Life points” bonus, which is valid in all the different game modes (except Training). The calculation is very simple: when you win a match, you receive 2 battle points for each remaining life point you have over 12.
****But be warned****, in DT the total amount of points accumulated for the "KO Bonus with remaining pillz" and the "Victory Bonus with more than 12 life points" is limited to 2 points. So, if you score a KO and you have 3 pillz and 15 life points left, you will only receive a bonus of 2 points.
Secondly, for the DT itself, we are putting in place a rule regarding characters that have been banned by staff in ELO. If you use these characters when you win a match in DT, 2 points will be removed from your final score for each banned character in your team of 4 during the match.
The final change applies to the DT only. When 2 opponents have more than 100 pts in the tournament, the time allotted to each player to play each round will be significantly reduced (in brief : the timer will be reduced when you'll reach 100 points).
We hope these changes will make the DT more challenging than ever before. These new DT rules will be released on Wednesday 12/09.
We told you that each draw of the Lottery was verified carefully to avoid some people to have a prize when they don't deserve it.
The winner of the Lao Cr is a proven double account, which is forbidden in our T&Cs. We decided to be harsh on this case and this account is banned now.
We will organize another draw today for this Lao Cr. It will take into account all the players who used tickets yesterday.
It won't interfere with today's normal draw.
Have fun !
PS : The aim of this thread is to inform you, please no off-board posts.
Until now, if you wanted to see characters levels after the first one (art, stats and power), you had to own the card, full. We have decided to change this system. Now you could see all levels.
You'll see all levels art in grey if you don't have this character in your collection. You could also see the stats and power.
Of course with this new system you will lose a bit of surprise effect but you'll know the cards better and will be able to chose which one you want to buy to build your deck. It will also prevent fake stats in cards comments.

One of the most feared creatures in the entire galaxy has just hit the city’s streets - Lennox’s mom, Chlora, aka Big Mama. With her on board, the Bangers' enemies will be quaking in their boots. Meanwhile, the Sakrohm can now rely on Jautya, while the Junkz welcome Sireen and the Montana enlist the help of Avola. Get these characters in the New Blood, Danger and Cool Attitude Packs
