The game is made so it rewards players who put lots of time into it ( OR pay to get cards for the impatient). Being a veteran MMO player (ex hardcore raider in a raiding guild) i'm used to earning rewards slowly. I enjoy getting to the top slowly, working my way up while getting more play experience. I'm playing almost 2 months now and still I haven't bought a single credit yet and only have around 20% of the collection and only 1 Cr card and yet i bought packs in shop worth close to 160 credits by now just by playing regularly.

You on the other hand seem a bit impatient and want it all NOW seing as your account is barely 1 week old and you allready have 41% of the collection and are trading Cr cards . Of course no reward in the world will seem good enough for you if you if you bought yourself multiple tenthousands of clintz worth of cards in a matter of days.

Urban Rivals is a slow game. It's designed to reward you for playing alot wich also gets you valuable expetience. That's why there's tournaments every other hour instead of 1-2 big tournament per day. Play alot, attend as many as you can per day and you'll get lots of clints and credits.

Also , you can buy all the cards in the world if you lack the experience long time elite players have you'll allways achieve low ranks. You can buy all the cards in the world if you lack the experience elite players have. You won't reach top 10 even if you have the exactly same deck, you just can't learn all

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=1475660&language=2

no-reply@urban-rivals.com (Overmannus)

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=1475660&language=2

AegisDivine

I just can't understand why they can't hold bigger tournies for players who've moved up the level. Whenever you have multiple kills possible, choose the path that creates the most points for you (eg. kill their 5 stars with your 2 stars, etc.) This maximizes your in-game points.
There's two ways to do well in DT afaik -
1) the Uppers/2hko way: kill everyone in 2-3 rounds with low starred cards. You'll probably make between 10-15 a match, but if you play fast, you'll be able to get a lot of battles in.
2) control way: kill in 4 rounds, but use powerful low starred cards to create lots of battle points. I use Piranas in DTs and they do very well. Pill manip usually ensures a +2 at the end of a match, and the Piranas have a slew of good 2* and 3*s, which equates to good points created. Using this method each fight takes a little longer, but I average a little over 20 points per victory, which is quite good. In some fights where I win all 4, I can get close to 30 points (in tourney).

My other advice would be don't use Jungo or Pussycats as they slow the fight. Pill manipulation is good b/c often the fight is over after the first round and your opponents play fast to finish. Big life differences and reduction just make the person take longer to add/subtract, and doesn't help you kill your opponent faster.

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=1475660&language=2

no-reply@urban-rivals.com (badna0)

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=1475660&language=2

Jesuela

It means you get some points based on how well you did in the fight plus 4 battle points for a loss or 25- the sum of characters in your hand. Its not my fault that the rules dont make this clear, because they dont call the points for a win battle points. So this means you can win about 4 points if your 1 star beats a five star and if you had four awesome one stars you would get this x 4 you would then pick up a massive 25 - 4 points for the win. If you lost you would still get those indvidual rounds you won and 4 points for the loss. Makes sense now.

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=1475660&language=2

no-reply@urban-rivals.com (TheDarkOrc10)

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=1475660&language=2

Force Majeure

@ TheDarkOrc10

Where'd you get the tournament points from? You always get battle points during tournaments, not tournament points.
Your goal in a Tournament is to score as many "battle points" as possible during the course of the Tournament. And yes these things are located somewhere. They're all in the game's rules.

http://www.urban-rivals.com/game/rules.php?show=tournament

Battle points are computed as follows:

http://www.urban-rivals.com/game/rules.php?show=table

But as stated in the first link, there are special scoring rules during tourneys being:
No bonus points when a character goes up a level.
No more than 2 bonus points in total for the “KO with remaining Pillz” bonus and/or “Life points over 12” bonus.
If you win and your team of 4 contained characters banned by staff in ELO, 2 points will be removed per character.
If 2 players have more than 100 points during a tournament, the time allotted to play each round is considerably reduced.

And as I always say, please read the game's rules. It really helps a lot.
