i guess paid advertise on that forum should increase some people from those countrys (i can give name by pm i don't want to advertise but it's the most bigest one)

but ofc it depends if u-rivals will be good for them.

2nd thing is advertise on ph/sing/etc forums urban rivals (little ad event? or you can contact some of popular forums admins with ad offert)

and the last one, maybe some event for new player to make easier start for them

A: Do game promotions, like go to your local EB games for a code to get a unique card.

B: Weekly update over Bi-Weekly....Why not put out 3 cards on a weekly basis over 4 per 2 weeks? That way you could squeeze out 12 cards a month over the regular 8? Also I believe that weekly releases will net you more profit, as well as make the UR community feel like we are getting more of the game we love.

C: Put Urban RIvals on KONGERGATE!! Alot of games are doing this nowadays, you are out of the loop.

D: Do more cross promotions with other games, example....call up runescape and do some sort of cross promotion where they advertise you, and you advertise them. We are so many.. around 3-4 batches of high school UR players in our school. Now I don't know if UR is still played in our high school.

But if, you want to promote UR in the Philippines exactly? I'll supposed to say three things.
One is posters, as in just posters will do a lot.
Second, is game magazine. Yup. I've read UR was once featured in K-Zone. But a full article would be a looooot different.

I do much business with both countries and Japan. For marketing, I can recommend some good firms. You need TV ads, billboards, and the whole associated paraphernalia, and dough (no need to mention), for a successful market invasion where manga rules the roost (in china); whereas in India, your route would be a bit less gravelly because there are no lead players in your segment.

The issue then came when a friend of mine won a CR in elo, he racked around 1430 elo points i think but he got BLed because he was accused of cheating with regards to having the same IP address since the internet cafe would have only one IP add. Since then, all of them quit and I was the only one left playing. I don't know if the issue of IP address have been addressed.
