What was so hard about 0 pills is X times 1? <br />
<br />
If I put 0 pills into a guy with 6 power, he still has 6 attack. X times 1. You learn this day 1 by using none on your first guy to figure the game out, or shortly after using all 12. You continue to reinforce this concept when you begin to use DR characters and character that have Attack Manipulation equal to or lower than their Power such as <a href="http://www.urban-rivals.com/characters/?id_perso=712" class="characterLink characterID_712">Brittany</a>. Every time you play the game, you see X ATTACK. When you put none in, you see (Power) ATTACK. All putting in the +1 pills per round does is make my GUI lie to me, because now I think I have 13 pills that will create Power*14 Attack when I actually don't because that 13th pill is a phantom. <br />

And it doesn't actually change offensive math any. If I look at a guy and think &amp;quot;incoming 6 pills&amp;quot;, that doesn't change the math behind the formula. He's still coming with (6+1)*Power attack. Except- now it looks like he has more to work with, which wrongly influences the reaction of the player.<br />
<br />
Once you learn you can't actually 0 a character and learn &amp;quot;oh the minimum is times 1&amp;quot; the rest gets easy. All you have to think now is &amp;quot;If he puts 5 pills in, that's X times 6.&amp;quot; It's always times +1, because you start at times 1 not times 0.<br />

Regarding 2:<br />
I get the &amp;quot;cannot contact server please check you connection&amp;quot; message from time to time even though my connection is fine. If i press the OK button on the message the game resumes normally. <br />
I guess that you have a listener function in Flash that checks if the communication between a computer and the server is working. If it doesn't work you get the error message and when you click OK it attempts to reestablish the connection. I got this message a lot of times today and after i clicked OK the game resumed normally. What i was trying to say is that it would be better if the game tried to auto-reconnect a few times before giving the error message.<br />

However there are a few downsides:<br />
1. the new engine is unstable - i had to switch to the previous version because i kept getting a &amp;quot;fatal error must reload&amp;quot; message <br />
2. connection checker is too sensitive. any small lag triggers it<br />
3. hiding the forfeit button has caused more timeouts. forfeit is a concept that has existed in sports for ages and it means you admit defeat. i see it as a fast and clean way to move on to the next game. i know others are bothered by it but i think even them prefer a forfeit to a timeout.<br />
4. the free pill system - this is a subjective matter but it does not simplify anything. Since 1 pill is added each turn it can get really confusing to calculate the remaining pillz when using +/- pillz abilities. I hate it on the iPhone and i hate it now  <br />
<br />
I am sure that after some more tweaks the new AS3 interface will be preferred by most players.
