Yes you can obtain free Credits from completing surveys or installing Apps (Android & Apple). However due to recent change in UR rules - you must obtain 5 Credits (or higher) at ONCE. This means you must find a 5 Credit reward to unlock Market / Buy / Sell / Trade feature. Regardless if you complete 40x 1 Credit tasks (total 40 Credits) your access to Market & Secure Trades remains locked. (ref. UR FAQ + UR Support email explanation)

Also, I agree Secure Trade remains problematic on Firefox. It lags even with Firefox's latest update and current Flash Player. Chrome is quicker.
