Is Copper OP? No!
Is Dregn OP? No!
Is Herman OP? No!
Is Stanly OP? No!
All of them has low power/ damage without bonus/ability.
Just like Fixit. And he just has an ability that is suitable for some stuations, but not all the time.
Whiping out his bonus makes him a lv5 7/6 what is lv4 stats. (Beef, Yayoi). Some characters can even whipe out his ability and damage/power.
