The rest can be done by whatever clan you favour. Winning in Deathmatch? Just use your best deck and go for it. Winning life? Many clans have cheap cards that give life and are playable, and Jungo aren't exactly expensive either. Knock-outs? Unless you play mono-Berzerk, Pussies or Freaks you should get this every few wins.
If anybody got other cheap ways to get him, feel free to add.

You have to do the ld missions in order so befor you can do the second mission you have to do the first mission.
