Extreme Circumstances

The deck format will change round by round and it will always have an extreme aspect to it. For example, 16 character decks with a minimum of 75 stars, or perhaps 8 character decks with only 19 stars. Other examples could be the requirement of using 5 clans or maybe playing with 16 life but only 8 pillz with attack manipulation banned. I'll not reveal what I've got up my sleeve but be prepared for anything!
