I think everyone who can read and have interest have seen the requirements. And a few who can't.
Secondly, level 50 means next to nothing nowadays due to DM dropping BP like crazy. And for the same reason, it's actually easier to level up.
And thirdly, some of the people who have them are nice enough to hand them out in different ways. Not saying everyone is, but there's a few. And before I'm accused of being one of those rich ones that have hundreds of Gurus, I will say that I have almost no Cr above 500k although my whole collection is worth a lot, but not the point.
You don't really need all and only expensive cards to be a succesfull player and I think that with a great amount of effort and (unfortunately) time many of you guys can give it a try. That's what it is for - to test your skiil, defeat your own fears and worries.

With that said, I hope i will manage to qualify myself. Have't played ELO for years, also the DM will be a pain.
