Each week as you all know the elo format has elections to decide which characters to ban, on top of having characters that will always stay banned. Now what if you had the power to decide who gets banned and who isn't.

Saying that there are certainly clans that you dislike having to play against. Maybe even certain cards?
Perhaps even cards that you would love to use an elo but sadly they are banned.

Well all those problems are solved when you get to make the format!

In this event all players competing will get to vote on players and clans to ban or bring back from the banned list.
The only rules regarding the deck format that I am putting in place is the number of stars which is 25 and all perma-banned cards start off banned. (The could be legal to use in later rounds)

The final two players will have an exceptionally tough deck format to follow.
