Yesterday between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm Paris time there was a server crash. Players who were online during that time could have found problems with certain parts of the game.

It has been fixed but if you had any problems with packs, prizes, scores e.t.c. please could you contact support, link can be found under the green ? or use this link http://www.urban-rivals.com/staff/contactus.php , and they will look at and try to solve your problems on an individual basis.
