The minimum for a playable ELO 5* seems to be: 5 damage with pill manipulation or poison, 6 damage protected by SOA or protection: damage (Lena, Maazk, Hawk) or 7 damage (several playable characters in this group such as Beeboy, Bodenpower, Havok, Sledg, Michael, Lizabth and Dorian).

7 seems to be a tipping point number. The typical 3* character played in ELO has 4 base damage- there are no 7/5 3*s, there are only 6/5 or worse 3*s. This means that the average character can only hit to 6. Hitting with 7 damage means your opponent is extremely unlikely to make up the difference by using a 3* character. The simplest winning strategy in ELO boils down to hitting with a 7+ damage character while negate your opponent's own characters that hits for 7+.

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=2289176&language=2

no-reply@urban-rivals.com (KitsuneKatsumi)

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=2289176&language=2

Fotakou

Taxt man, sorry but your arguments are pretty weak. Where does Dr. Falkenstein come into play here? I said FIVE star. The Dr. Is a four star.

Things like Ditha and Aylen are glass cannons.
umm i am sorry but 5 damage is a pain dude. Id even say Dr. Falkenstein is a better card for elo (ignoring star count). why? attack manipulation. facing DR + attack manip, falk has to only pill once, whereas Minerva has to pill more, just to get damage reduced.

i repeat again, winning 3 rounds is viable, but you will cry when something like Ditha, or even furied Diana hit you on the last round and you go cry. and 3 rounds against something like Montana is just... not viable.

what use has DR on a 5* got? you see, all of Skeelz character has crap damage, and throwing away your 5*... not smart. most of the time that DR is just useless.

sorry Aylen is a way better option for a 5*, if I ever run Skeelz again. 10 life gap is much more appealing. moreover, you should be able to burn quite a lot of pillz anyway with your Sasha and falk.

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=2289176&language=2

no-reply@urban-rivals.com (0 the oracle)

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=2289176&language=2

Taxt1271

Clan-wide, except for a couple cards, there's a lack of damage. In ELO you're not gonna KO with Skeelz most likely.

Aylen is a glass cannon. She can do massive life gap but with no manipulation and seven power it's hard to hit. Same reason clans like Berzerk aren't used.

Michael is close, but he has three things going against him.
