I also think SOA is pretty necessary in this meta. Not a fan of Dregn, I prefer X-0DUS.
Then I would use one my favorites: Oraya

Anyway, your deck is not bad. 1300 shouldn't be hard once you get used to the strategy. Just be patient and study the game.
The one problem is probably that people don't use Dregn for the result.

No SoAs
terrible balance?? 4 2*s (with different clan bonuses)
bad damage output generally
bad choices for stars, Taigo to Fanny, Hikiyousan to another 4* (Stanly/ Daddy Jones)
