You can choose more than 1. Concentrate most of your pillz on that character when playing against someone. Not all of it though. Then, when he levels up, you can choose other characters to level up again. you can choose which character you want in your deck by going to collections, and removing or putting them on the deck, so you can level up all your characters envenly, choose maybe up to 14 characters on your deck. And keep playing even though you know you cant win.

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=6495&language=2

no-reply@urban-rivals.com (NN-K_Jun)

http://www.urban-rivals.com/community/forum/?mode=viewsubject&id_subject=6495&language=2

Z Earth

Hello,

Well, what don't you understand?

The basic idea is that you start with 12 life points, 12 pillz, and you
must reduce the life of your opponent using your fighters in a
maximum of 4 rounds.

Each fighters got 2 mains stats: Power (blue) and Damage (red).

When you choose a fighter to play a round, you can spend some/all of
your pillz on him, that will increase his Attack (attack = power * pillz).
The Attack of your character represents his odds to win the round (ex
if you got an Attack of 10 and your opponent an Attack of 5, you get
twice more chances to win the round that him). You can still lose the
round, but you got much more chances to win. When you win the
round, you reduce the life of your opponent by the Damage of your
fighter.
Special abilities and bonus will be activated as you get stronger and
they will modify the numbers (reduce/increase damage, reduce/
increase power, reduce/increase attack, block ability, block bonus,
strike back, team ability, etc.. etc.. they are many and we add new ones
often).

Then everything is a matter of strategy, chance, careful spending of the
pillz and outsmarting your opponent.

At the end of each match, you get experience points, virtual money
"Clintz" (to use on the market to exchange fighters), fighters level up
etc..

I hope this help, please let me know if you need more informations
