I think it's absurd that I (level 13) can only battle levels from 30 and higher in the tour.
I didn't spent money on this game so I could get whooped.

I think it's not about what level you are. It's about what kind of deck you have. If you
have a low star deck you will be playing against another player with a low star deck.
