This icy wind has been blowing since one day and a night in Clint City and the negative effects can be felt already… The Piranas are confined to their quarters, the Jungo put back their winter hair and the Ulu Watu gave up their jaunts on the beach.
The frost provokes several technical accidents through the city ; the counter panics and causes the temperature to plummet.
