If you give out your password, your responsability is engaged. In case of problem, we'll not be able to take back the stolen cards of stuff like that.
Note about con while trying to exchange cards:
Please note that we'll not be able to intervene to get back the cards in case of a con during a exchange. However, we can block all means of communications (and sometime destroy the stealer's account), do not hesitate to inform us if you have spotted a deviant player. We'll add a feature for safe exchange in the future. In the mean time, it's up to you.
Cons, password stealing, insults
Please send an email to
moderator@urban-rivals.com. This email is very specific as it is read by a team of moderators so they can take action as quickly as possible. If you can, please add a maximum number of details to your message (player id, player nickname, screenshots etc..).
Problems with allopass codes:
Sometime, codes won't be valids immediatly, please try again a little bit later. If it still doesn't work, try to provide us with as many informations as possibles so we will be able to fix it quickly: your phone number, your date and time of call, the invalid(s) code(s).
