So far 33 mythic cards have been released by staff:

MT's only give their bonus if they are in your hand.
Only unique MT cards stack their bonuses. Duplicates only count their bonus once. Bonuses are additive.
Bonuses are only active in Free fight, Training, Elo and Survivor. (Except Sigmund Mt whose bonus is also active in Arcade and Terminus.)

I'm not a fan of the boosts in general I think lowering level requirements or providing more BP from missions/a special gamemode might fit better with the game.
