We’d like to thank ALL the moderating teams for the work they’ve carried out over so many years. But as the game and its players have evolved, we need to adapt to these changes.
And to do that, we’re going to reset the counters to zero in terms of moderating:
1- All the Moderators and other similar ranks such as the “event team” can go to back to playing the game as “normal” players without any particular responsibilities.
2- Next, we’ll open up applications for the new Moderator posts.
This will be a unique rank with 2 main responsibilities:
- to accompany the player, to act as a tutor
- to facilitate the forums, auctions, mini-games, etc.
And to flag up problems, they’ll have tools at their disposal with which to moderate. Any suspicion of cheating or fraudulent resale will be addressed to just one place: Customer Service. The most serious cases will be immediately flagged up to the relevant authorities and the outcome will be the player’s sole responsibility.
We advise our players to come have fun at Urban Rivals and nothing else. You just need to behave intelligently and responsibly.
Regarding the future Moderators. Applications are open to a maximum of 4 moderators per language (the blue badge “authentic account” is a definite plus):
Happy gaming to you all!

And as I don't like being angry because of something that used to sweeten my day, there's only one thing left for me to do. To say "Thank you to all the players" that know me (here in the english forums, where I only tried to help whenever there was a need for).
Without the task I liked I don't have any reason to stay any longer.
It's not easy because the UR-Community was always the "cream in the coffee" for me.
I'm gonna keep my account (put enough money in it to not simply throw it away) and will check PNs from time to time. But that's all. At least until I don't get mad when thinking of this game.
Stay healthy and have a nice time!
"Thank you for the interest you are showing for our game.
We will let you know about our decision when the time comes.
Urban Rivals customer support"
Just wanted to let you know that this email is from 5 weeks ago and I still got no answer. No PN. Nothing.
Is this how u keep your word? (Maybe it's just me but I always think: don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you.)
And as a lot of people told me (in the meantime) that they suggested me I really would appreciate some words on why you did behave like that.
