That's not a glitch

you lost match which means you lost a deck and need a new one. That new one take over from the last one and keeps going until it reach the end of the stage. in your situation that new deck reached the end of a stage after one battle which means that it had reached it's limit.

== I cannot get higher than to stage 4?
