I also have a question. I see people are more interested in 0xp cards while I'm giving hard time to max them up quickly. Is there any advantage about having 1star than maxed up card. (Is 0xp card more valuable than max xp card? If yes, why?
You know how the system works. Naturally it depends on the card level - 4* on its way to 5* will last considerably longer than 2* -> 3*. And by winning with semi card you get a bit more xp. Hopefully somebody can provide you with some data for each lvl or stick around in training room to see how fast it is.
When I was playing Lizbeth Mt at 4* in elo she actually lasted very long, because usually she was not in hand.. xd

I guess it's about collecting all evolutions or "untouched" copies of certain card. And for old, undistributed cards it gets harder to get your hands on card that was not used in battle. Or it used to be that way.
I think Lv2's last about 6 games, so it's 6 games per 1500 xp (xp needed from lv2 to lv3). That means you should get about 1500/6 = 250 xp/game. You need 3000 xp to level up from lv2 to lv3 you need 3000 xp, so that would be 3000/250=12 games. To get from lv4 to lv5 you need 5000 xp, so 5000/250=20 games. Unless I'm forgetting something... And since you gain a bit more xp when your card wins the round, you probably will get a bit less than 20 games out of a semi-evo 4*, or 12 games from a semi-evo 3*.
There is also a Characters Xp Boost bonus for clubs. Buying this means that cards level up quicker.
Most big/competitive guilds did not purchase this, since it makes playing with semis much more expensive.
However, I see your club has this bonus a few times (3/10), so this changes the calculations somewhat
Compared with my club:
You are only at 115% which is not that much, but you might have to consider with your club to get rid of the bonus if there are a lot of players in the club that play EFC
