I think UR should 'Kill OFF' an existing clan. What I mean by this is that a current clan should not receive any new members for an entire year, the reason for this could be that all their resources have been called away to deal with a massive situation. then after a year when it's time for the next clan release, this clan can come back and catch up with releases like any new clan would with say 8 releases in a month and a half. Could be Sentinel, Montana, Hive, Rescue or even Raptors, but some clans don't fit this profile like Sakrohm, Pussycats or Riots (Riots can handle anything after all they can go back underground & hide.
