NO REWARDS FROM MY BM MISSION?
Sadly, it sometimes happens you don't get your reward immediately from your black market mission atm. Follow this checklist:
- Before reporting or asking wait 15 minutes, sometimes it takes a while to update.
- Check if you sold the right amount to kate and check the mission progress
- If all is correct but you still didn't get a reward, send a message to customer support via the contact us button at the end of the page with screenshots of your mission progress and your sales history
- You'll be rewarded as fast as possible, (if it's the weekend, it can take a while)

You all had a reply today about Carmine. I had several requests and no answer to give, so "even to have received a "we are checking it"" is not feasible in this cases
For those of you who had the mission stuck at 1/500 (not accounting for the previous 250 already done), when you do 250 please contact support and I'll validate your mission manually.
For those of you whose missions were unstuck today and now have them at 250/500 but have already done a few openings/winnings, please keep track of them (and make sure you can prove them) and I'll validate your mission manually once you reach it. Let's say you did 33 openings and you mission is 250/500. When you have 217/500 done, all you have to do is contact customer support (if you already did the previous 250 of course).
