My ideas for the Skeels and Berzerk Big:
Exchange: Opp Ability
Reason: Skeels need a good ability to excuse for their Bonus, so an "ability stealing" card sounds good.
Revenge: -3 Opp Life min 0
Reason: Berzerk needs an intimidating OHKO as La Junta or Fang Pi Clang
power/damage: 8/3 (3 star)
Ability: Stop: Stop Ability (useful against Gheist & Roots)
Biography: Infamous forager for the Raptors, goes out on long expeditions to collect plants, mushrooms, herbs, cacti & other useful things that can be used for food, medicine or recreation!!!
Bio: Despite their strength and resolve, lonliness can even hit the Komboka. Growing up on the ancient love stories of her tribe, Rikka desired to have something just like that. So using any form of media she can find from girly romance mangas to pick up artist websites, Rikka vows to have that perfect romance even if she has to go through every man in Clint City to find it.
Level 1: 4/1 (A mid-20s woman is combing her hair into a pompadour in a mirror, dressed as a Japanese school girl. There's a bunch of mangas by her feet.)
Level 2: 5/3 (Rikka is seen flirting with Havok with Chloe looking angry.)
Level 3: 7/3 (Copy opp bonus) (Deciding "to hell with it" Rikka has decided to just club Dan over the head and drag him by his hair.)
Keep kind of abilities:
1) Unconditional Bonus.
This bonus would mainly work for the follow clans: Komboka, Berzerk, Freaks, Jungo and Vortex.
It would basically make their bonus Victory or Defeat instead of just one or another.
2) Revert own bonus
Mainly for - opponent bonuses like All Stars, Montana or Pussycats.
For the All Stars the bonus would turn to +2 power, it would overcome cards with Protection Power. For the Montana (or Uppers and Sakrohm) it would turn into +12 attack (or +10 and +, opposing Protection Attack cards. And for the Pussycats it would turn into +2 damage, opposing cards with Protection Damage or cards that already have 1/2 as damage.
Also an idea for a Leader:
Revert Opponent Leader
He would revert leader abilities. Eyrik would turn into a +1 Opponent Power. Hugo into a -7 own attack. Bridget and Morphun into backlash versions of their abilities. Eklore into a +1 opponent pillz.
Since i already applied for the card contest, i might post other ideas here, but thankfully without having to write a full bio
Bio: something about growing up in the streets but getting outcast by the Bangerz because she hates hip hop/graffiti etc, but loves martial arts. But also getting outcast by the Fang Pi Clan, because her martial arts skills are lacking and her temper is "too street". Then she encountered Vryer, who promised her to make her more powerful, so she joins the GHEIST and gets some treatment to take revenge on the Bangerz and Fang Pi Clan especially. The bio could be something else, but this way it fits with her ability, which i always like.
Ability explanation: Subdue is the opposite of protection, so every ability that effects your opponent, will be cancelled out. Easier explanation: every "+ X" ability will be stopped, like the Bangerz and FPC bonus and ofcourse every other "+ X powe/dam" ability. That can make her an all stop in some cases, but sometimes make her ability useless, that's why i went for 7/6 stats for a 4* to make up for it.
And here's another Gheist one:
No idea about the a bio, i just wanted to make a "back to the roots" Gheist card, like an engineered mutant inside a robotic shell.
I think the stats and ability aren't as OP as they sound. I know there is a reason why Gheost has no 9 power card, because a SoA clan is extremely powerful and needs to be balanced around it, but that's why i gave him only 5 damage, which is really bad for a 5* with no damage/life modif. And his power is all he has to win against clans like Hive, Ulu, All Stars etc.
So i gave him the highest "defeat: - X Opp life" so far to make up for it, but with a high minimum.
I tried to make him somewhat of a wall, that also can be used for mind games (f.e. your opponent has 8 life left and you play Apparatus and he thinks you throw him out for the defeat and that you want him to overpill the 9 power, but you actually go all in with fury for 7 damage and use Mudster for the kill).
