This was put up before I was even a Moderator.

From the sales rules:
“Transactions of PFULLS, are forbidden all over Urban-Rivals' forum. If you want to continue with your sales/buying of these cards then you can do it privately. There's no stopping you from doing that but it will be your responsibility and not ours. If you experience any issues (scams) regarding these transactions then we are not able to help you with anything because it will be hard for us to track the levels of the card when they are already in your sale/purchase history.”

For this post, I think its a valid question and this thread doesn't need to be locked, let alone warrant a ban to the player for even asking.

The big issue why its not allowed in public forums is because its difficult to track down if any scam occurs since Moderators cannot track the levels or easily help in that regard.
PFulls are hard to detect, but I think you have better odds looking for them on a market rather than asking players to look at your thread and send you a PM for an offer.
You could also just buy cheap 2 Star cards at 0XP such as Bose, Lil Jey or Mylka if the intent is just to get BP for you to level up or complete the Level up 1,200 characters to the final level mission. They should be no more than 2K if you're lucky.
