NO REWARDS FROM MY BM MISSION?
Sadly, it sometimes happens you don't get your reward immediately from your black market mission atm. Follow this checklist:
- Before reporting or asking wait 15 minutes, sometimes it takes a while to update.
- Check if you sold the right amount to kate and check the mission progress
- If all is correct but you still didn't get a reward, send a message to customer support via the contact us button at the end of the page with screenshots of your mission progress and your sales history
- You'll be rewarded as fast as possible, (if it's the weekend, it can take a while)
Kaboomkid, it's not a player's strategy, is a bug in the game. Support don't seem to care. I email them about the same thing. I recommend you to do the same. Explain that after the timer of the opponent finishes as if the opponent's time was going to expire, suddenly your turn starts but only with a few seconds. It's an extremely annoying bug that cost you your scores.
Also, today in DT was first, the app crashed for me for like 5min, giving time to the second player to pass me... I tried to catch up but only made second... The app has serious bugs that mess with the playability. My internet connection was working perfectly in 3 other devices. But support only care about selling more credits. That's the way it is imo.
PLEASE FIX THE BUGS
How can UR expect me to buy credits and so on when the app is constantly crashing and giving errors. I love UR but if the app doesn't improve I'll be soon quitting it.
