NO REWARDS FROM MY BM MISSION?
Sadly, it sometimes happens you don't get your reward immediately from your black market mission atm. Follow this checklist:
- Before reporting or asking wait 15 minutes, sometimes it takes a while to update.
- Check if you sold the right amount to kate and check the mission progress
- If all is correct but you still didn't get a reward, send a message to customer support via the contact us button at the end of the page with screenshots of your mission progress and your sales history
- You'll be rewarded as fast as possible, (if it's the weekend, it can take a while)

Arcade game/season 1 seems to be unavailable. It shows me the screen for the previously selected game (ex: if I switch to game 1 from game 2 it still shows game 2's progress, if I switch from game 6 it shows game 6's progress). I cannot complete game 1 at all.

On tapjoys side everything is working. Ads are running correctly and the message that we received 1 credit is always showing.
Who offers this option to get free credits from watching ads? Who said, that the problem is fixed (and it wasn't).
They should have an agreement on how to behave in such a case. They are earning money with this.
But yeah... Pointing at each other is common practice. I know.
It still sux.
