I found it funny, that your new system contradicts your previous philosophy
Strength in numbers...
well, maybe not, since too many isn't good if majority of them are low levels... so, maybe it's more like strength in big numbers
anyway, i'm not bashing, just commenting, Good luck becoming Number one
SIN is a guild ran in many games that i have played over the years and always a very successful guild/gang/crew , it has nothing to do with the numbers of members in total, it has to do with accomplishments in rank/score, top dog rank whores ect
and of course anyone who plays any game like to rank or try to be number one, but us is more of a united front that works at communication an building relationships and helping each other all out as best as we all can First , then when this all occurs rank just falls into place - with a strong , loyal foundation , i doubt we will see number one but doesn't hurt to try to get close especially when top 20 guild prob have been playing for years most of us only been playing a few months
As well typically any game out there more members means better rank, when i started here i assumed it the same as anywhere else i soon realized it was the opposite less members but good achievements all members bp added / total gave guild rank so i had to readjust toe qualifications , we all noobs at ones point in any game and i understand the game mechanics and different plays and logics now so like anything else you have to adjust , which is what i did and we have accomplished pretty good so far i might add
I also find it kind of amusing i see many guilds out that have like 50-200 members , whats the point? i guarantee 80% of there members dont play anymore or have no clue what to do, whats the point in having them apart of your guild if there not active, not contributing the the guild and to other members in the guild?
my opinion is: Its not about quantity it is about quality ! always has been always will be no matter what game i run my guild/gang/crew in
