It was a busy night. Ghoub was sitting at Hamburger-Shack, listening to the distant sirens as he ate his triple decker with cheese. Aurora comes walking in, and minimizes her flight pack. “Hey Ghoub, what’s up with you not showing up at the raid?”
“I don’t know, I guess it’s just a waste of time,” Ghoub said, “there was only 2 guys there, and their weapons were barely dangerous. Ill wait for a more dangerous mission.”
“Whatever Ghoub.” Steve replied to Ghoub’s statement. After releasing a grunt, he grabs Ghoub by the shirt and gets directly into his face, “show up next time, or else you’re off the invasion squad.” The door slams shut with a ding from the bell, placed there for awareness of new patrons. “Why is he always in my face?” Ghoub questions. Aurora picks up her flight pack and turn to Ghoub, “well you didn’t show up for your job. Wait, where are you going?”
Ghoub grabs his to-go bag and decides its time to get some action. He starts walking to the underground base only a few miles away. Steve gets into his pure black car that Aurora, who just took off, was nice enough to build. They speed on by Ghoub, who is kicking rocks at his feet as he walks. Its about 11 Pm now, and Ghoub is already mad enough from Steve getting mad. A few street punks walk up. The only thing visible is the streetlight’s reflection off of the titanium knife.
“Give me your cash, NOW!” Screamed Graff. And with a very swift motion, Ghoub explodes in a fury, and the pavement beneath his cracks. Graff is seen flying through the air. The second street punk, is running off. Ghoub engages pursuit. A single whistling rocket is heard. An explosion, an explosion so big it creates a crater where Ghoub was standing. Smoke fills the air as the ambulance arrives.

The search party, led by Lea, uncovers nothing but a fraction of an RPG shell. Ghoub is presumed dead on site. They collect any crime scene parts they can. Everything is obliterated, the crater is still smoking, and Aurora is seen leaning onto Alec’s shoulder, crying her eyes out. Steam fills the crater as the cold water from Alec’s firehose reaches contact with the burning ground. Alec simply waves her off as he goes to interrogate Fifty, who was found in a warehouse just half a mile away.
“I didn’t do nothing!” Exclaimed Fifty.
“We have reason to believe you did Fifty,” Alec explains in a cool voice, “you are known as one of the few who actually carry a weapon capable of launching that shell, and you were the only one we found within running distance of this site.” As the scene slowly empties, Alec kneels next to the crater. “He didn’t deserve this. Fifty will pay!”
“Sir, I don’t believe it was Fifty,” replied Elvira, “I have tested the ballistic patterns of the shall fragment and Fifty’s RPG launcher. They don’t match, especially because Fifty had no blast residue, something he would have if he had fired that shell. We have the wrong guy Alec.” Alec sinks his head down as Marco approaches. He pulls Alec to his feet. He drags him away. Elvira takes one last look and sees a slight glimmer from the crater. She sets a stake into the exposed ground from the cracked cement, then descends into the crater. She picks up Ghoub’s Rescue badge, unharmed.

“According to our evidence, there is no suspects, no evidence except for the shell and Ghoub’s badge. How can we figure out the crime with no leads or evidence?” Elvira inquired. The Sirens start ringing as Alec, Marco, and Aurora storm out of the base. They quickly arrive at a building, smoke plunging out of the windows and flames roaring from the roof. Alec begins to put out the fire as Aurora flies to the top floor to search for survivors. Marco kicks down the barricaded front door, and smells the foul odor of burning flesh. His nose burns as he searches. He find a body, well beyond death. He pulls the body out, and the three regroup as Alec finishes putting out the fire. They call in Elvira to check for any signs of connection between Ghoub’s death and this so-called civilian. They bring the body back to headquarters for a complete autopsy. They discover upon investigation that many of his bones are shattered, and a single scorches titanium knife rests in his pocket. Inside his leather shoes, his feet are preserved perfectly, and a drop of hamburger sauce stains his socks. “Ghoub was definitely around this guy, only he would have that much excess sauce.” Alec said confirming their earlier suspicions. “He obviously had something to do with it, and there some blood on this knife, get it tested NOW Elvira!”
