This is in the wrong section, my friend. But I'll answer you.
If you're playing in Random, I can't help you. Random battles are just that: Random.
If you're playing in non-Random, then there are rules regulating it. It works like this:
-IF cards end up with the same attack, then the card with less stars wins. i.e. if Prince Jr plays 1 pill and Mona plays 1 pill, both with active bonuses, both end with 8 attack. Therefore, Prince Jr. wins.
-IF cards end up with the same attack AND have the same amount of stars, then the ATTACKING card wins, i.e. the card that went first. For example, If Mona 1 pill goes first against Oscar 1 pill, both with active bonuses, both end with 8 attack. Therefore, Mona wins.
You posted on the wrong forum.. post this in the strategy section,, anyways its like this.
during same attacked battles
-the card with the lower star value wins
-if they have the same star value then the one you went first wins.
its all in the rules. check it out
First of all you should be in Strategy and tactics,
Secondly if you're on random, turn it off (for more strategic playing
And now to answer, if you opp has the same attack as you, the player with the lowest star counts wins (i.e 2 beats 3,4,5)
But if both players have the same star count the player who attacked first wins.
(It's all in the rules)
