We're relatively new to the guild scene...about 4 days to be exact at the moment we have 18 members and looking for more. I personally will give help to those who need it in elo, dm, or casual play others in the guild will also do so.

Id also like to make a shout out to some higher lvl players who could join to provide additional support to members .
