I'm fairly new to the game and really enjoy Elo.
Previous week I got to level 15 and started right away. That week I played until I got 1200 elo points, because I was afraid of losing, and go under that limit. This week I wanted to do better, and got to 1300. But now I tend to stop again..
What I want to know is, how do you guys decide when to stop? Are you happy with 1300 or you want to do better? And how does that turn out then?
My current elo deck is:
Any feedback on my deck is also more than welcome!
Good question. I always want to do better than 1300, I stop when I get to around 1350. Then I play 1-3 matches every day just so that my score doesn't go down. (If you are inactive in ELO your score will slowly go down towards 1000 again). If I lose those matches and dip below what I started with, I play more. I usually want to stop at 1400+ so that I'm on the edge of the top 100. Usually when you get high to 1350+ you don't have huge losing streaks down to below 1300, but if you are getting close to that I would stop for the week. On Saturday and Sunday I recommend not playing ELO unless you fall out of the top 100 and want to make it back in. What you don't want to do is make it to 1390-1410 and then stop because you're scared you'll go down. Unless you make the top 100 there is no difference finishing 1400 or 1300 ELO...except personal accomplishment I guess. If you finish in the top 100 you have a chance of winning a Cr so that's worthwhile. To make the long story short, if you are aiming for 1300 and 10 creds stop at around 1315, if you want the top 100 stop at 1400+ and only play when you fall out. And nice deck btw Here's what I used this week to 1406 : deleted
