Hello Urban Rivals players,
It has come to our attention that several of you have encountered an issue with your Clintz display. In some rare cases, this display might not update properly for a short period of time after you have made a sale. If this happens to you, please do not worry! The Clintz have been correctly added to your account, and the counter simply has not updated to show the total.
If you encounter this issue, please ask a Moderator or an Admin to clear your in-game cache. This will cause your Clintz counter to update into the correct state.
Quick Fix for this:
Go to http://old.urban-rivals.com/en/player/friends.php
On the right hand side where it says "My connection status to the site: visible - invisible" (http://prntscr.com/8kncwy), click on the one that's not already clicked on (so if you are visible, click on invisible), refresh the page, your clintz should be there, then just change invisible to visible again.
