As of today, on Friday morning and fortnightly thereafter, there’s a chance we might in some way change the stats of the Legendary cards.
The cards who received changes are:
Scott Ld
Lianah Ld
Raser Ld

I currently have all of the LD cards, but if I didn't I would be very frustrated by these constant changes and inability to actually obtain the cards in any way right now. I can see this being a big issue that needs to be dealt with. Its bad enough for new players to see cards like Guru Cr, but at least you could (theoretically) save enough to actually own him one day. Now these cards there is no viable way of obtaining them-I could see people leaving this game behind when they see stuff like that. It should likely be rectified.

I don't get all the "Raser Ld, already?" people. Nega Ld was changed earlier, but I don't think you had a problem back then? Aviria Ld got changed too. Both were buffed. So Raser Ld getting an unfortunate and useless buff (lower his min, or give him +1 to Damage or Power, arrr!) is very in sync with staff's overall approach.
I disagree with post 27 a lot. But, well, we all have our own opinions, so that's fine.
@ post 23, but they also gave him +1 Damage! Ain't new Scott Ld much more awesome with a max +3 on loss and +1 Damage?
@ post 33. well, getting Guru Cr could take years... While old Lds are unavailable for only a relatively short period of time, before they decide on the way to reintroduce them, with Ld Missions canceled for now. So, um, it's not really that big of a problem? But yeah, I have almost all Lds too, so I'm not affected by the "I wanna" frustration...

@L&RDays: you took the words right out of my mouth.
I only have a few Lds right now, and I would really like to get them all, specially the improved ones. Unfortunately I dont have any way to obtain those cards, its really frustrating having to wait for months or years.
I remember UR saying, Lds are meant to be alternative card choices for new players. How could that be possible if we have no way of obtaining them?

I'd actually like to see them be randomly distributed in packs as "bonus rewards" (like where each pack had a % chance of obtaining a missing LD, with the chance increasing if you get an LD from the same clan as the legendary in the pack). Then people would have more incentive to buy packs, and it'd also "technically" help newer players as they'd be getting more value out of the minimal credits they have access to.

Ld missions should be brought back for only the first round of LD cards released and these should not be available through arcade. The ones tied to the arcade story should only be available through completing hardcore headquarter storylines, and not through missions in standard fighting rooms. I think its an interesting mechanic to go about collecting them in different manners.
Some changes that need to happen to LD missions if they are ever to return
-Make each clans missions available at all times. The rotating LD system (one every other week) was crazy when there are 26 clans to wait through. I don't see why players should be forced to wait such a long time for cards to rotate. Personally I was way behind in my Ld collection as I took a break from the game. I had to wait 9 months to be able to catch up. If a new (not yet completely dedicated) player is forced to wait that long to get a *free card that will really help them out, I bet the chances they just leave only increases.
-No more credits for players that already have the Ld. With 26 Ld's being instantly released, that is just to many free credits to throw out there. Ld's should be about getting a nice balanced card, not acquire free credits.
Keep up the great work with the Ld changes!

I may sound arrogant but i think that LD-critics get it wrong: LDs aren't supposed to replase regular cards, they're supposed to provide different playstyle.
"Why Raser Ld has only 3 damage? He needs 4 to be playable" - you need 3* montana with 4 damage? Pick Gianfranco. But if you want to sacrifice some damage to put heavy pillz pressure on opponent, you have Raser Ld now. He'll be very unpleasant to see combined with Avola in T1 for example... wait, is she penalized? I forgot ^___^' ok, let's say with magnolia or something, or some other clan' 5*, he'll work fine in duo.
"Lianah Ld won't get along with chel! Also chel is better" - do you really need second chel? You already have one and you won't have any better unbanned lifegap card for 3*. Need more power or attack manip? You have nanook and gaia. More damage? Shaun. Pillz modif? Go play Bangers Want some diferent kind of lifegap or maybe you miss Eddie Cr? Here you go, new Lianah Ld
"Scott Ld messes with Campbell! He needs to stay DR!" - ok, that one i agree with That conflicting with campbell ability is a straightforward nerf. But again, if you want some not so Capmbell-oriented playstyle, Scott Ld might be decent alternative for you since he also got a damage buff so he can be played more offensive now.

@post 27 I respectfully disagree with most of your statements. Especially about Lianah Ld. I don't think she replaces Chel (nor do they really compliment each other) but she is a free replacement for an expensive card for new players.
Lianah has the potential of 11 life gap (fury in round 1 and lose enough damage in a combo of rounds 2-3 to stay under the 11 health maximum). Thats more than Chel can output (yes, Chel still has the advantage of being able to do 10 gap in any round). I would glady take this life gap potential over the -3 attack and + 1 damage of Gaia. (Plus I'de be using Nanook over Gaia as a wall)
about Scott, you directly state that Campbell is banned in ELO. Scott is a good free replacement. He felt like a big 4 star debit to use when compared to other Rescue options. The extra 1 damage given to Scott (who's win 70 rounds mission I just finished before this change unfortunately..ha) is a big buff. So to keep him balanced he now becomes an early round life gap reducer instead of a -2 dr in any round. Seems balanced to me. I would also play Spydee/Kerry over him, but new players (who don't have the credits for those expensive cards) aren't at a huge disadvantage picking Scott now.
On your thoughts on Raser, if they increased his damage he would be to powerful. He's a playable option when compared to other Montana (Seriously that clan has a lot of usable 3 star cards).
