@Kunnaki seems like a good idea but i'm afraid this could weaken the connection between RBs and their originals, and UR Staff are pretty conservative about old cards. But, i dont know, maybe, just maybe, if we add just a little bit of stats to some RBs that wouldn't hurd at all... e.g. If Windy Mor Rb or Mojo Rb had 1 more power it would make wonders to their playability while not making them OP at all. On the other hand though such cards as Ingsthra RB or Maeva Rb would need a lot more than slight tuning to become playable again(or at all; i dont know, were they even playable before? Even in random mode seems to not woth it).
I'm with HippHoppa regarding the Ld Missions reintroduction issue. Leaning towards "it was peculiar, but no need to bring back more mundane mission pressure to us people who like doing missions but are a bit overwhelmed with mundane and repetitive".
However, maybe think of a different regular Missions introduction? Not Ld, but something with a sense... And maybe with a story. Not anything absurd though like MacHen or Candy Jack ELO KO missions, those were devised by a sadist who hate the UR player base...
An example. Replace the Ld Missions weekly releases with some story chunks and 4 missions for clans/characters/neutral... Each having a reward of 2 Credits, or something. In story chunks include forshadowing of events, story twists, new characters, new clans to come... That will tease and excite the ready player base and keep them on their toes waiting for whatever the forshadowing hinted at.
To not be too mechanical and repetitive every once a triad of full moons maybe throw a huge or tough Mission... Completing which in time would, say, give a starting bonus in the coming special character event. Say, +200 starting, erm, points. Or maybe competitors start from a different spot on a "map" (remember Pilzken special event?) and have a slightly different route, story and progression through special event than regular competitors.
Here's what people don't seem to understand. With the arcade system, you're getting more opportunities for more Lds, and they don't go away. You all act like it's terribly slow how they're coming out now, but at the rate we're going, as long as season 3 comes out within a month or so of now, we'll be getting Lds at a faster rate than with Ld missions, AND they're permanent, they're ALWAYS an option.
