Next All Stars will be a 5*, either a common or a rare.

All Stars is pretty weak mono in T2, and basically can't be played mono in survivor. Mainly because of a) having only 1 equalizer card in B Mappe (which is 5*) and having very few and bad Support options. Also T2 is pretty expensive as the better cards Lamar Cr and B Mappe Cr, Zlabal are priced out of range for new players.

So a strong Support would be nice for commons. Something like

Common 5* 5/3
Support: +1 Power and Damage

Balanced around being a more unstable and mono only All Stars version of Lizbeth. And in T2 All Stars doesn't really need more than 7 damage since most All Stars have good damage.

If it's a rare Support: +1 Damage on an 8/4 would be good instead. And it could be connected to Asporov, a 4* Support: +1 Damage as it could be a chess player also like Aspo is.

This card would not be overpowered in Tourney. Raven is similar except does better against DR and can OHKO which is why she is banned in tourney format. Dregn Mt also does better against DR and is not support based. I think this would be a good and not banworthy card, it's a very shaky mono 8/8.

Honestly though the clan does have decent powerhouse cards so if its a card intended for survivor an attack manipulating card would probably be the most enjoyable thing for All Stars players. Also the clan in survivor has enough high level DRs in B Mappe, Harrow Ld, Crazy Carlo and Marina. So either a Support card or attack manipulator is my hope.

Reasoning: While 6/6 with a reprisal SOB isn't unusable like other mentioned cards, Heartnett is a rare 4* that is essentially a Chlora that works half the time. Chlora is a common Bangers, and not even close to the best 4* of that group. For Heartnett to be an objectively worse version is pretty inexcusable.

Though it is a pity that Lelena Mt forgot about its existence over the decades, and her advisors couldn't really remind her about it after they got petrified by looking at Vasilisk.
