Note that I am not good at creating individual stories, so these are just the basic concepts.

Can you guys imagine a Rescue card(that is not drawn by pauline_aillet) that shows them wearing a mask in level 2 though level 5 and force other characters that are drawn by pauline_aillet to wear a mask?

Trivia: Her name is a pun of the substance, "vaccine". She's an exaggerating parody of the phase, "wear a mask". She wears a face mask in level 2 to level 5. Olivia, Santistebana, and El Magnifico(both in their final levels) appear in each one of Vaxine's levels. Tunders appear in her final level.
Level 1: Vaxine appears as a young woman, holding a face mask and telling players to wear it. Behind her is a whiteboard that says in blue marker, "Wear a mask!"
Level 2: She now appears by wearing the mask on her face. She grabs Olivia by the right arm. She holds Olivia's mask in her right hand.
Level 3: Now she held Santistebana in an armlock, with Santistebana's mask in her right hand again.
Level 4: She grabs El Magnifico by the hair with her right hand and holds El Magnifico's mask in her left hand.
Level 5: She welds a handmade mask shooting gun, running and shooting masks at people, including Tunders.

And an arcade legendary for my fan clan!

If that ability's meant as read, that card is pretty garbage; otherwise (with Opp.), it's broken beyond belief - Sue does a third of that with a higher minimum and she's banned. Granted, she's a 2* Common, but a DR that can force so many pills out is still kinda ridiculous with all the damage mitigation that Rescue have.
As for Suriv, he seems rather ridiculous as well - 8/8 is always going to be powerful regardless of clan and that ability isn't even necessary to do some serious damage. You can splash that with Wilde and laugh at most everyone who comes in your way.

I have some potential condition ideas for a new clan, but I need to figure out thematics first.

I think if Glaxo the All Stars 5* was actually good and not just a trash version of Christie for All Stars

he would either be (instead of 7/7 +1 attack per opp damage like right now)

He would be 8/6 or 7/7 +1 attack per opp. power

Or he could be similar to Gumbeat and Endeavour, so something like
6/7 +3 attack per opp. damage

@TCA_Heaven Eek, how about a *5 8/5, Symmetry: +1 Life per Damage for Vaxine and a *5 7/7 for Suriv Ld?!

Since Paradox has cards that activated different abilities now, maybe my Anvile will have a *5 that switches two abilities?

Better. Vaxine feels a little more unstable but makes herself a whole lot more potentially threatening. 7/7 for Suriv should be fine, though he's still going to be rather scary as a potential 2HKO.

Between the constant Junkz raves, the marches of the Bangers ' own drums, and the constant feuds in Clint City, the concert halls have been essentially empty. Rather than wait a silent death, the maestro has enlisted his orchestra to aid in taking back the city by storm, completely in tune! And a 1, and a 2...

Dirge are a clan that plays best when faced up against the same levels. While mostly versatile, they work best defensively, waiting for an opponent's mistake and capitalizing on it, timing the key round to win and playing off that.
Naturally, they're at their weakest against more consistent attack manipulators ( Uppers or Rescue ) and Raptors . They can easily take on clans like Jungo or Pussycats who rely on their stats, overwhelming them with similar stats and their bonus.

Bonus: Level Sync: +12 Attack
Sync is a keyword that checks base stats, Life of Pillz. If they're the same as the opponent's card/opponent, the ability/bonus activates.
