Bonus: Support: -3 opp atk min 7
Led by the infamous Lord, the Roadhogz are a biker gang known for their intimidating power and pride. When they rolled through Clint City, many members found themselves insulted and disrespected by many individuals from various clans. They opted to stick around and beat some respect into the clans.
The president of the Roadhogz, Lord demands respect from all members of his crew. Even during his youth, Lord was a man to be feared. That was due to his tendency to put people through humiliating and torturous punishments if they crossed him. He has very few rules for his crew, his main one being, never harm children.
Helcat is Lord's main squeeze, and Vice President of the Roadhogz. Like Lord, Helcat is a fierce and intimidating individual, with the beauty of a model and the mouth of a sailor. She can often be found drinking every member under the table.
Equalizer: +1 damage
Lord's childhood friend and most trusted general. While much more level-headed and reasonable than his peers, Wild Card normally acts to keep Lord and the others from getting out of hand. Leading to the gang dubbing him Lord's "Soul"
Cancel Opp Power and damage Mod
Big Bart is an appropriate name for this massive man. Often the muscle of the crew, what Big Bart lacks in intelligence, he makes up for in brute strength. He never questions any order given to him, except if it comes to animals....he seems to have a soft spot for animals.
-3 opp damage min 2
All Slickster cares about is his bike. To him, his bike is his life, and heaven help anyone who disrespects or even looks at his bike the wrong way.
Killshot: Equalizer: +1 Life and Pillz
Winchester is an expert when it comes to the supernatural. He has spent his life hunting all sorts of things, and saving lives. No matter the odds, he will never give up, until he's finished his case. Even if he dies, he will always carry on the work
I'm going to try think of cards that can make clans viable in Survivor
Frozn. Issues with Frozn? It's definitely still a split deck only, another thing is the clan big Ymirah Mt is a very expensive Mt making it hard for newer or poorer players to play the clan in the mode
Also the problem with the bonus is that Survivor is a mode where losing to literally any card is very consequential. You don't even want to drop 1 round unless you have monstrous DR to keep it away
So a new Frozn big might be something like
Degrowth: -1 power and damage, min 5
Much like a Saitamurai for early rounds. Compensating the weakness but not too much, and being a roundwinner but limited in early application
Sentinel clan? I've tried the clan but I have found 2 things:
A) The clan has no good power manipulation making it very vulnerable when the enemy threatens you with a high pillz battle. E.g. against Kuwaka your only option is Hawk SOA. Or else? You have a huge gamble to make. And once you burn your Hawk utility you are vulnerable to whatever is next. Bahari, maybe its a Riots split and you have no way to deal with Fugomatic then.
B) The clan is extremely vulnerable to strong abilities. As mentioned above Hawk is your only good counter option much of the time.
Sentinel is all about stability, high power, high damage but no crazy outlandish abilities like GhosTown or Skeelz, but the current stable cards are not really that stable.
Pavel is supposed to be a strong stable option but he is completely helpless against Damage and Power Exchange which is very often seen. And you have no way to counter big attack manipulation like Gumbeat, Endeavour, Bahari, Lorenzald
The clan big is McLain which is just a classic stably high stats Sentinel. But its 8 power with no support other than +8 attack.
A good round winning card that is stable enough to be uniquely Sentinel but that isn't hampered by all these overpowered abilities
Ability: Cancel power and attack manipulation
A unique new ability. Combining the two strongest cancel types to be a very strong beatstick. Its weakness is DR and damage exchange, but the damage is a bit lower for a big so damage exchange is not as strong as versus, for example, McLain.
It's clear why this clan is weak in this mode, arguably the weakest clan in the mode period. Survivor isn't a mode about lifegapping. Any player can be KOed in 2 rounds, and with the right set up 1.
Lastly the clan has very little round winning support for many cards in the 5* category. Which is a death sentence in Survivor mode. Unassisted 7 or 8 power will get you destroyed by power manipulation, exchange, attack manipulation just anything.
Freaks has three staples in this mode, Zaveli the big, Cletus and Rhyno for essential DR. Every other 5* is mostly strong in T1 modes only like Baldovino or Ramath, cards that have no winning support so they get eaten alive in Survivor.
Splata is not really a staple because if you pick Splata for the SOA, you would be way better off splashing either Enigma or Jackie Cr. You don't plan on winning round 1 with Splata in Survivor.
So a proper Freaks 5* would have powerful stalling but also winning ability, since Zaveli is already designed to poison it should be more of a defensive fork this second big.
Ability: +3 attack per opp. damage
Why is this a particularly good ability? This ability matches up against high damage cards. Discouraging and making it hard for your opponents to push a killing blow with high damage cards. But with its own high damage you can easily 2shot with this card without poison making it frightening to lose against also. High attack manip wall is also not vulnerable to power or damage manip
