First of all, we would like to draw your attention to the list of rewards for the end of this first season, which you’ll find by clicking on the following link: https://www.urban-rivals.com/help/
The ELO Fighting Championship mode was launched three months ago and the first season has now come to an end.
There have been lots of positive comments about this new competitive mode despite some initial concerns. This Beta season, as we’ve called it, has given us the chance to analyze the behavior of both the players and the mode and to draw certain conclusions from it.
A large number of players reached the final level of the league with scores of over 2000 points.
We would like to congratulate all these players who clearly demonstrated that it wasn’t so hard to adjust to the different levels. We also want deck building to become an important part of EFC as this will hopefully prevent the ELO stagnation of old, classic decks.
Currently, this feature of the game is a lot more fun and although it still requires a lot of tweaking, with the arrival of the future New Bloods, we will continue to strengthen the clans with the aim of creating more diversity.
The current season will end on Sunday, May 28th at 11.59pm (GMT+1) to make way for the second season that starts on Monday.
The biggest change we’ve made concerns the length of the season.
One comment that came up time and time again regarding this new mode related to its duration, which many of you judged to be too long.
As a result, this new season will be considerably shorter and will run for just 4 weeks.
We envisage that making this season two thirds shorter than the previous one may well have a direct impact on certain aspects of the game and the ranking system, which is why we’ve decided not to make any other changes for the time being.
Please find below the details of the “Alpha” EFC League.
Changes to visible rewards here: https://www.urban-rivals.com/help/
The Alpha season will begin on Monday, May 29th, running for a total of 4 weeks and ending on June 25th at 11.59 (GMT+1).
The structure of the levels (zones, etc.) will not change in the Alpha version.
A new list of banned characters will also be announced on May 29th.
The 5 matches from the start of the week rule will be maintained, and the deck format will be based on your score from the previous week.
These changes and adjustments are not definitive as we are now entering the second and final testing phase of the EFC mode – the Alpha version.
It is therefore possible that we may change some of the game parameters over the course of the season if there is an urgent requirement to do so.
We are striving for an even more lively and competitive season than the last, and the rewards have been adjusted accordingly to stimulate performance. Be sure not to forget that EFC is Urban Rivals’ competitive mode so to reach the top, you're gonna have to fight hard
Happy gaming to you all!

Its not about the prizes, very few people actually care about those. what it is about is this 1 simple truth
UR is pissing on us without the courtesy of calling it rain.
whats the point of making a competitive mode where you encourage people not to compete?
this backwards mentally is what infuriates us
Everyone wants free stuff without having to work for it : its why so many people play the lottery.
I don't care if at the end of the season I get 1,000 gold tokenz or 1 clint as long as the prize I earned reflects the score I earned in a way that is fair for all players in the competitive mode.
this season is already done they can do nothing to fix it but this is a problem we shouldn't be having in the first place.
I get what you're saying but I think you're mistaking what I said when I said "its not about the prizes"
I meant that its not about what the prizes are but that it is about the quantity/quality of the prizes based on score.
they created the different ranks in order to determine at what score they would limit which cards, this is not a bad thing this is a great thing love it very good idea. they decided to use this ranking system to determine what prizes people will receive, again not a bad idea, would have been better to just score everyone together since it is still the same points system but ok I can live with it, what I mean when I say its still the same points system is that when you rank up/down you keep your points, you don't enter a new category.
EX. at polit your score is based on red medals in z palace your score is based on blue medals if you lose your red medals when you rank up from polit to z palace that would be a different points system but if you keep your red medals and start earning blue then its the same points systems.
the part where
They messed up is in this one, the rewards earned based on what rank you're on is not equivalent to the score earned by the player.
since they didn't change the points system there is no reason why its fair for someone with a score of 1450-1500 to earn better rewards than someone with 1501-2100
We actualy work for it for 3 months! We also, the players report bugs and give tips how to make EFC better an ballanced! This is not free stuff for nothing this is almost nothing for big work! To be clear, peaoaple are actualy payd to test things, we tested EFC and it burns at he end!
At first, the first people on polit arena got much more better prizes than last people of z palace just from the weekly rewards but i was saying: at least at the end of the season i will get better rewards than them all i need to do is get a good score at z palace i didnt really care about tokenz and other stuff all i cared about is the legend pack and now at the last week they are also going to give people on z palace worse rewards than first people on polit arena, i lost so many at this 3 months at the weekly rewards i got less rewards even tho i have a greater score, then on the final rewards im gonna also get less rewards event tho i have greater score too
if i only knew about the change in rewards then i would simply play bad and keep myself at polit arena i will get great weekly rewards as well great reward at the end of the season.......
