Following this NB release, here are the changes that have been automatically made to EFC:
Curie, Doc Ollie, Pedro and Goure can now be played in all zones.
Pierce, Victor Van Dort, Mandrak and Caiman Kade can no longer be played in Z palace, but they can still be played up to zone Polit arena.
Daussone, Cornelia, Todd can no longer be played in Polit arena, but they can still be played up to zone EFC Tower.
Wesley, Rudy, Belgosi can no longer be played in EFC Tower, but they can still be played up to zone Danger zone.
Tanner, Drummond, Caelus Cr can no longer be played in Danger zone, but they can still be played up to zone Chocomuscle ring.
From now on, Marco Cr, Norman, Sasha can only be played in Dark corners.

I think this will help Rescue in EFC.
I notice they recently have had difficulty due to the limited number of users in Z Palace not to mention the SOA that could destroy them.
It also gives Skeelz a new take on Abilities for Z Palace to encourage their use while giving Berzerk a SOA against Piranas and Nightmare.
Not much to say about Doc Ollie's release, but at least EFC has been taken into consideration with this release.
Is it me or is Doc Ollie the Daytime Equivalent to Gus Rope as in the daytime Doc Ollie gets

This makes her able to 2HKO with Characters such as Marshal, John O Clock and Mallory
She will replace Powaqa in mono decks I guess she could switch in for Gus Rope in the Day time. Although she is quite good at night but where she shines is during the. daytime also both have 6 base power but Gus Rope has 4 base damage compared to Doc Ollies 1
A good release today, definitely a few of those lately
Curie can be a devastating 3 star, able to reach 7/8 along with the Rescue bonus. That can be scary, but unfortunately that will be hard to make. Having the Stop condition severely limits that potential. Unless your opponent is running a Mono SOA clan, they will make sure to never pair her up against SOA. Without her ability, she is ok as he bonus could give her a surprise win and set up for your tank to finish it. She will soon be a cheap common.
Doc Ollie is another card with massive potential. By the final round, he can be a 10/5 or 11/6, and he's only 3 star. He is very reliant on his ability, however. Without it, he is not even a threat, doing an abysmal 1 or 2 damage. He doesn't have to wait until round 4, though, to be good. Turn 2 or 3 stills makes him decent and able to fight just on raw stats. Definitely more suited to play in the day and will probably see some play.
Pedro is simply a small Elvis. In exchange for a star, Pedro has one less star than his predecessor. SOA is always welcome on any team, able to ruin most cards, and Pedro can be sacrificed to stop a big ability from happening. He unfortunately does not have anything to help him win fights, at the mercy of any manip clans, though that never stopped Elvis. Pedro will have his place in the clan just for the coveted ability.
Goure is a beast, plain and simple. He has the big 8 power, and even though his damage is slightly below average for a 5 star, his ability quickly makes up for that. Taking 2 pillz and life can hurt your opponent if the battle is getting close. Even if Goure is defeated, which can happen since he has no manip himself, though his raw power can hold its own, he stills gets to take those pillz and life. And unless the very specific card comes along, that ability is staying. A great addition that will see a lot of play.
