A good release today, though heavily ability reliant
Rapau is very interesting. You'll look at the garbage power and probably not even look at the rest. This card has some hilarious potential though and can make a lot of cards equal him. His ability is insane, dragging even 8 powered cards down to the mud for a "who pilled more" fight. And with his bonus out, only power manip and attack manip clans can beat him. 1 power just cannot handle any kind of opposing manip. Against other Roots or GHEIST, he is total garbage. A very risky card and completely ability reliant, but may see some play just from its absurdity.
Hans Spinner, again, has low power, but being an All Star makes up for that. Able to drag 7 powered cards to his level, his ability can tip the scales to his favor, adding attack manip to a low power fight. He, however, will be needing both his ability and bonus to win fights. Without one, it will mostly come down to pillz used, and without both, he is a pushover. Also his ability is dependent on remaining life, so he will be predictably stuck to early rounds. Much better choices for the 3 star spot.
Rueda Buena finally brings the Bangers a natural 8 powered card, and against 5 star opponents, can also bring 8 damage. A possible 10/8 4 star is pretty scary to face. Though your opponent will try to keep her matched against low star cards, her high power will keep her winning even if she will only have decent damage. With her raw power, her bonus is not needed, but her ability is. 3 damage for your 4 star is nothing. Being the first for her clan, she will definitely see play, especially in T2.
Digging Bill can be quite the devastator. A possible 8/8 and again at 4 star. Even your opponent's DR cannot stop his potential damage. As with most GhosTown, he needs his ability to be worth anything. Without it, 1/2 damage is not going to win you many fights, especially since he is your 4 star. In that case, I hope its night so you can at least get some defense from him. A big weakness for sure, but he will see some play, facing only Victor Van Dort for the 4 star spot.
