Hello after making a deck with Serafina and wanting to try it out in EFC.. I get the Deck not Compatible err pop up. She says on card she us allowed up to Z tower.

Is there a weekly banned card list or is this a bug?

PLEASE Help!!

No, it clearly on the card says she's only allowed up to EFC Tower (4) and not Z-palace (6). I think that's the root of your problem.
