A controversial topic that has sparked my interest on the Big 5.
In the past, Guru Cr has been banned in T1 and T2 tourney. Over time, his T2 ban was lifted and eventually his T1 ban was lifted.
The logic for his ban being lifted is along the lines of not necessarily scoring big in Tourney decks.
However, I am mainly curious about players various thoughts about Guru Cr in tourney. He is hardly used because he is expensive. But even so, it has been a source of interest for me that if a player had Guru Cr, why they choose not to use him.

Because Saks are not a tourney clan. If you wished to play him, it'd be complicated to make a deck to go with it because Sakrohm don't have much in the way of quick 2hko or amazing low-level cards that enable the 3hko. Guru is obviously a strong card in all formats but without a shell to do something if you don't draw it, it can't do much.
