I believe it's temporary since efc had that overhaul about a month or 2 before cryptocoins were instated, so they probably have it on a list to change up the prizes BUT it's probably a mighty long list. We are still waiting on the gallery archives for the old artworks as well as an updated trade and auction system. It's been years since they promised this.
I love UR, but it definitely moved towards pay to play and not enough going on to maintain engagement.
I don't believe its going down yet. I do know based on previous announcements they are on a tight budget and lack the resources/labor force to work on UR as much as they want to, but I see this as an attempt to replenish their budget to continue running the game and not a closing cash grab. I have played other games before that closed, but every game announced months in advance and even closed their cash purchases options months before closing. Also, there could be potential legal ramifications for say if they ran a super big pack/credit event to pump out money and then shut down with limited or no notification to the consumers. I can't be sure about that thou since we would be crossing into international laws or at the very least French laws for protecting consumers.
UR = pay to win? How do you connect that to EFC? Or did i miss the option to buy EFC points with money?
The point regulation sure has its flaws, but that's a different topic.
The money you earn for selling the cards you get after completing your daily EFC mission (at least in Z Palast) is enough to buy most new bloods. If not, you have to trade. Its a trading card game after all...I'm happy that you have to earn your cards
