So recently I rolled General CR from a Cryptocoinz pack, and I'm wondering whether it's better to sell it or hold onto it.
I currently have a few decks running (although I barely play at the moment) and it seems that the price of core cards, even for Z Palace, are super high. 12 million would be extremely useful in getting these core cards. (Apparently I have 5+mil worth of doubles too but that'd mean selling off so many commons and I cannot be stuffed right now).
However, there's a good chance the General CR becomes an MT at some point, and gets more and more valuable. I'm wondering if it's better to hold onto him or just sell him now to fund some better decks to climb with.
In your case I would sell him. See it like an investment. You sell him for 12M and use the money to buy strong EFC, Survivor and DT cards. You play those game modes and manage to get better results. Those results mean credits, clintz and cryptocoins. You can even pull another big in the future.
You are also welcome to wait and hold onto expensive Crs. In a Collector perspective, just having 1 #General Cr is already good rather than sell it and go through the hassle and trying to get another one.
If Clintz are what you are worried about, you can try and see Sales and Purchases if there are good offers and deals from other players involving #General Cr to assess if it is worth parting away with the card for other cards.
You can also take part in activities such as Tourney to get Clintz for the Z Palace and core cards you are after.
Otherwise, I do not advise you to be in a hurry to sell #General Cr and consider offers and deals.
I will say hold on to it. If General does become mt at some point soon. Then he will be almost impossible to buy from the market, since his price will mostly likely become double the price or even triple the price.
A good advice to get quick money is to either play survivor or dt.
