Hello Clint City,
The update of the Clubs is scheduled for Monday, maintenance from 14h GMT +1.
This will be a BETA, especially for all the various calculations and balances, which will be subject to modification, if needed.
We take this opportunity to give you some details on how Reputation levels works and on the accumulation of clintz in the Club’s bank.
Rather than having to fulfill missions, which would probably be too daunting in the medium/ long term, we decided to highlight the activity of the Club members on the game.
The system is simple:
activities on the game by each member will bring reputational points and clintz to the Club.
These earnings reported by a member will have a daily cap (maximum value) that will be reset every day around midnight, in order to avoid both cheating and to limit the spread of winnings between smaller and bigger Clubs.
For the moment, the activities rewarded are the following:
- end a fight (expirations and abandonments not taken into account)
- buy/sell on the Market (only transactions on the Public Market are taken into account)
It will be possible to add other types of activities, which could yield or improve these first ones (large market transactions, perf in modes, high level up, etc.).
We won’t give any numbers for now, we’ll let you figure it out by yourselves. You will be able monitor the progress of your daily course directly on the administration panel of your Club, in the membership list here: https://wwwurban-rivals.com/clubs/panel.php
Have a good game!
For every increase in the level in the club's bonuses you have to pay clintz ... which will be paid by players - for me it is a form of extortion.
This will cause mass "extinction" of clubs with less affluent players.
Everyone will move to such clubs with influential players.
Well thought out to knock out more players ...
meaning pay and don't cry
I also like to think about the effect of changes on new players. Because new players' experience is very important for the longevity of a game imo.
Since every bonus and borrowing has become costly as opposed to before, new guilds by new players are almost impossible to compete with other already existing guilds. Plus, since you cannot borrow that easily anymore, new players will have limited access to expensive cards compared to last years. On the other hand, since the bonuses are increased and have a bigger effect, they could have an easier start than we had, accumulating clintz and cards.
So, I think there might be a balance. However, I don't think the amount of guilds will increase. On the contrary, I think guilds will be much more concentrated. Like Ramacandra is saying.
Maybe the next updates with battle between clubz will change that.
I wouldn't say our trust of UR staff is at zero. We all have our ups and downs, yeah?
Seems like people both praise and criticize staffs' moves and frequently, staff will take that criticism to heart and try to do better. I respect that, despite how much I complain about the game sometimes.
@Krwio,the rest of us are all being constructive, or asking questions about the new Club features. Don't try derailing the current topic because you're still upset about a single mistake the devs made a while back.
On topic, minor suggestion. On the new Club Homepage screen, the member listings are shown from newest to oldest. It seems sort of backwards, as the guild leader, then veteran members should be the top ones listed IMO.
Also, I'm still really interested in any ideas to my first question on page 1. I'm starting to think, like Edwin stated, the extra clintz might just disappear. (Maybe a way to decrease the amount of clintz in the game?)
I do like the idea of a clint sink and the paying to level up bonuses acheives that. But once they're maxed out, that will go away.
I honestly don't see the Vault working out at all! Unless maybe your guild automatically accumulates clintz through various actions. Then I guess you have to spend them on something...
But what cards would you personally invest in? I mean, crs are nice but most of them are banned in most game modes. New bloods will be expensive and risky because they might get banned or whatever and then you're stuck with a useless card in your vault. And most players can afford regular cards so why buy those?
We need an search too, to be able to find a member fast. Old Clubz with more then 200 members can be happy with this.
But this is the plan! My Clubz already get 3k clintz today. But I see bugs in the way...
By the way, old Clubz need more now. More lvls and more bonus types. The lvl 50 ones no even show in the Clubz list by activity, because they compute activity by Clubz XP gettered, and lvl 50 ones not get any xp anymore.
