An ok release today
Shferxxt is a card that is definitely more suited for defense than anything else. With a weak 5 or 6 power, he has nothing to help him win and will be struggling to keep up. It would be best to use him at night and make him a pure DR. He would be a virtual -4 damage which for a 3 star is pretty good, especially with a min of 1 there. He does need his ability to be of any use though, so if he loses it somehow, he becomes a dead card in your hand. He is a decent cheap alternative if you are low on clintz, but there are much better options out there for his spot.
Lule can be a strong attack manip in a mono deck. Starting out at 7/7 is always good for a 5 star. She can also get a full potential of -12 attack min 11 which would force your opponent to pill at least 2 more than you if no other manips were helping them. Her min is a bit high for this kind of ability, so she will need to pill herself at least once to put it to work. She cannot just be thrown out and expected to do much. In a half deck, she would average out to -6 attack which would be only one pill your opponent has to use to catch up. She is a decent card, but nothing too spectacular. There are better options for her spot, though she should make herself at home in a T2 format.
Dinklage can become an 8/5 if you wait long enough. That is amazing for a 2 star as a lot of clans have that strong 2 star staple. For him though, that potential has to go through Growth. He will only be at those stats on round 4, so you will need to survive to finish them off with him. He is still good at round 2 if you just can't wait, but any earlier, and you may be better off with someone else. His bonus won't matter too much if you are using him for his ability, so the only thing he has for the early rounds is that extra pill gain. He is a good card and may see some play.
Bixente can be a big obstacle for your opponent to try and overcome. Power and attack manip combos can be a bit overwhelming. He is able to drag down 8 powered cards to his level, and if they were heavy hitters naturally, he can get an extra 2-3 pillz ahead of them attack wise. This is where he will shine as he can counter strong nukes. He starts off with low power himself though, though that is common among the All Stars because of their bonus. His damage is also slightly above average for his star count, but that could always be just what you needed at the moment. Your opponent will be working to make sure he only faces low damage cards to ruin his ability, so play him carefully. He will see some play with his clan.

I could see Shaferxxt ending up banned. At night time he's got the same DR capability at Uranus, is better than Ulrich and Jeena. People in EFC hate solid DR. GhosTown will definitely be using if.
Lule can be interesting for mono Komboka. The only problem is you also want to use Hewa, who is banned every other week in EFC. Tourney and Survivor should see her a bit
I can guarantee that Shaferxxt won't be banned. It is not a Uranus because Uranus is -5 just in ability and has it's bonus in a clan who was the meta in Survivor for more than half of the game's lifetime. He is no Ulrich or Jeena because those cards have SOB and SOA respectively, making their abilities considerably harder to stop.
Shaferxxt is an amazing common at night and still a 6/6 DR at day which at 3* is holy balls. Such good value for money
Lule is solid but overshadowed by her contemporaries
Dinklage is alright but it's in Riots and with no power or attack manip it's so easy to counter. More importantly using him at round 4 due to the Riots bonus means he basically has no use for his bonus then and he has to choose between max damage potential or his bonus actually kicking in.
As an All Stars player I like Bixente but I would probably choose to use Matilda over him in T1. Tourney T2 he's a beast though for sure, especially because of the bonus synergy. If it was +2 per power though the card would have been twice as good just because of that fact that he's not much of a survivor card.
Looking at competition -
Jessie Dorothy Matilda Kora Mail Ld Cardigan Agustino
I would say in T1 all the above cards are a little better than him except maybe Agustino being comparable.
