I am bored at work so I've decided to make a chart of all big cards fighting 1v1 at 7 pillz (so it's more fair than pure 1pill fight which would be always won by attack manipulators).
-For Death Adder I've considered him fighting at round 2
-For Roderick I've considered him fighting against mono clan
-For El Exotico I've considered him having 12lives
-For Serafina I've considered her playing in mono Rescue deck
-For Sentenza I've considered his both abilities working but not at the same time, so if one of them making him win round and second lose he gets W/L
-Pillz recover is not taking into account e.g. Zaveli/Death Adder can overpill you but here they fight 7vs7 pillz (1free + 6pillz)
-D/L for Ymirah relates to her fair fight without revenge (she win if she is played first or loses if second so it's draw) and revenge based victory.
win (W) stands for victory thanks to attack advantage, rewards with 1 point in score
lose (L) stands for lose due to attack disadvantage, punishes with -1 point in score
draw (D) means card which is played first winning versus fight, rewards with 0.5 point
W/L which is win or lose rewards with 0.5 point in score
D/L which is draw or lose punishes with -0.5 point
D/W rewards with 0.75point
On the left side of chart we have "Attacking card" so all wins/draws/loses relates to card on left,
top side cards are their opponents. e.g. Shinobi/Roderick cell L

I told everyone Roderick was scary as f*ck. But did they believe me? *Noooooo* (/sarcasm)
Cannot say how useful this chart actually is (as some cards like Missandri are useful even when they lose), but is interesting to look at nonetheless.
Yes, outcomes of fights wasn't really taken into account (for example win against Sobek will only reward you with 3-4 damage most of the time) or you can overpill Death Adder to win or even use 1 pill more for Crook as his ability will regain one anyway so he would be at +8 attack virtually.
It is more of a versus thing just to see who is the strongest duelist.
On the side note Quetzal Cr has 22 points in this chart
Maybe it's the mathematician in me, but I would like to see how this chart holds up over other Pillz counts and other conditions. I know for simplicity sake, you're keeping the number of Pillz constant, but having a sliding scale based on the number of Pillz used might help ease the calculations; as in, a card winning with 1 Pillz should be worth more than a win with 7 Pillz (I know this favors Attack manipulation, but we ARE looking at the win-loss ratios), or a loss with 7 Pillz should hurt more than a loss with just one. Also, it might be worth anaylzing the win ratio with and without Abilities, with and without Bonuses, and so on.
I'm not expecting you to do all this, mind you; just saying it would be interesting to see the totality of the statistics at play.
